Finally finished Judith and Randy's wedding photobook. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I hope they like it!

working out
This is my Everest.
It's amazing to think these fine pieces of machinery have been collecting dust next door for the past sixteen months. Of course, I never had to use these before and so it was even harder to even think about including it in my routine. But alas, the blissfulness of aging gracefully, is apparently not so graceful as it is accompanied by extra weight in unfortunate places. The culprit? Some say it's contentment. Some say it's too much love. For me, it's an uncooperative metabolism. Anyway, twenty five minutes on IronMan and twenty minutes of AbSwing is a start.
What's with the obsession with weight, you might ask? I guess I'm starting to feel the heaviness especially going up several staircases and I'd really love to be able to wear my old clothes again. I used to have problems gaining weight and now, it's the opposite (not that I've tried very hard to keep it off). Here I was barely three and a half years ago. Honestly, I think I looked rather anorexic in this photo but I'm posting this to my fridge for inspiration. Just enough to keep me on the threadmill.

judith + randy
Finally, my editing is done! I'd like to share with you some shots we've taken of Judith and Randy from their wedding last month. Here are some of my favorite shots.
We loved this staircase at the reception
More park shots
It wasn't the brightest day and we had trouble taking some outdoor shots, but thankfully got a decent shot of the clouds.
They both look so happy!
Some preparation shots. Here is Randy getting the boutonnieres I made.
I guess it's kind of crazy to think I can do the flowers and do the photography at the same time but here they are! My flower arrangements.
I love this shot!
My talented bestfriend made this cake! I'm so proud of her!
A closer look.
A did these shots. I love that he's paying so much attention to details as I would have =)
Yes, I did the aisle decorations too. Craziness, right?? Thank you for my dear sister for helping me set them up.
Judith's bouquet. Can you tell how much I love the hypericum berries??

halloween is here!
Just got back from vacation and already I'm experiencing some post-vacation withdrawal! I can't wait to get away again! It maybe time to plan our next Caribbean get-away! Here's a picture of the view from the deck. Love the clouds and blue sky!
Taken from the beautiful Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman
Anyway, enough about pondering and longing for vacations. I had to get back to work somehow and with that, back to baking =) I had a really cool halloween order over the weekend. I had fun making these.
Karin was so inspiring with all her Halloween ideas. I also made cupcake pops for her. I love using the orange candy melts! They looked sooo refreshing.
I had to figure out a way to deliver these without jeopardizing the nice curls courtesy of A's newly acquired curling skills. Thank God, I had leftover floral foam and a not so tacky plastic container from Dollarama. Look how pretty! My candy pops bouquet!
Karin also ordered cupcakes and here are some samples of what I made for her.
This tombstone one is my favorite!
I made a mistake with calculations and had so much leftover cupcakes, so here's the rest of them =)

...snorkeling in cozumel =)
...In case you're wondering, we're back from the cruise and still on vacation in the beautiful Miami! Thank God for free Wifi (since Wifi rates on the ship are pretty hefty!) I can't resist but post at least one picture of our first real underwater experience - snorkeling in the beautiful clear waters of Cozumel, Mexico. We were practically freaking out and screaming into our snorkels at this point. It was a weird feeling swimming with the fishes but it was so much fun =)
that's Tiger, our snorkeling guide
