garlic shrimp in coconut milk

I had fun playing around with this recipe. Enjoy!

12-20 pieces of large shrimps peeled
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of butter
1 small ginger thinly sliced
1/3 cup of coconut milk
1/2 of a chicken bouillon cube
a dash of cayenne pepper and salt

In medium heat, add the butter to the skillet. When melted, add the minced garlic. Add the shrimp to the skillet and stir about 4 minutes until the shrimp is cooked. You may add a bit of cayenne pepper and salt at this point. Add the ginger and chicken cube. Pour the coconut milk and continue to stir.

Serve over rice.

Serves two.
